All appliances sold by Lambton Appliances are special order and ordered to customer specification unless otherwise noted at checkout. Because of this, all sales are final and we do not accept returns on standard, non-defective items.
Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders may be cancelled without penalty prior to the order being placed with the manufacturer. Once an order has been placed with the manufacturer, cancellation cannot be guaranteed and, where a cancellation or return is approved at our sole discretion, a restocking fee of 25% of the item's purchase price will apply.
Damaged or Defective Items: Please inspect your appliance at the time of delivery and report any damage or defects to us within 48 hours of delivery. If an item arrives damaged or is found to be defective within this window, contact us immediately. At our discretion, we will arrange for the item to be repaired or replaced. Subsequent manufacturer defects discovered after this window are covered under the applicable manufacturer warranty; we are happy to assist in facilitating any warranty claim.
