Lambton Kitchen, Bath & Appliances ("Lambton Appliances", "we", "us") is an authorized retailer of major kitchen and laundry appliances, located at 2225 Erin Mills Pkwy, Mississauga, ON L5K 1T9.

Products & Pricing

We make every effort to display accurate pricing, availability, and product information. However, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing or listing error after you've placed an order, we will contact you before processing the order to confirm whether you'd like to proceed at the corrected price, or cancel for a full refund. All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.

Manufacturer Warranties

All appliances sold by Lambton Appliances are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty (e.g. Bosch, Thermador, Gaggenau, Whirlpool, Amana, Maytag, JennAir, KitchenAid, Marvel, ILVE, Fisher & Paykel). Lambton Appliances is an authorized dealer of these brands, but warranty service, repairs, and claims are handled directly by the manufacturer, not by Lambton Appliances. We're happy to help point you to the right manufacturer contact or registration process for your product, but the manufacturer is solely responsible for fulfilling the terms of its warranty. Please retain your proof of purchase, as it may be required to make a warranty claim.

Delivery & Returns

Delivery is handled as described in our Shipping Policy, and returns/refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy. Both are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lambton Appliances is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, beyond the remedies described in our Refund Policy and the applicable manufacturer's warranty.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of Lambton Appliances or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Changes to These Terms
