We want to make getting your new appliance seamless and stress-free. Major appliances are delivered by our own in-house delivery team, not a third-party freight carrier. We deliver within Ontario, within approximately 300 km of our Mississauga showroom, which generally covers the Greater Toronto Area and surrounding Southern Ontario, including areas such as Hamilton, Kitchener-Waterloo, London, Barrie, Niagara and Kingston. Not sure if your address is covered? Contact us before ordering and we'll confirm.
What delivery can include
Depending on your specific order and location, our comprehensive delivery service can include:
- Convenient Scheduling: Delivered right to your home at a confirmed date and time window that works best for you.
- Room-of-Choice Placement: Our team carefully positions your new appliance in the exact room of installation.
- Professional Hookup & Setup: We handle basic connection to existing electrical and gas hookups where applicable (please note that running new electrical or gas lines is not included).
- Tidy Cleanup: We unbox your appliance and haul away all packaging materials, leaving your space clean and ready to use.
Please note: Service availability can vary by product and location. Our team will review and confirm the exact services included for your order and address prior to delivery.
Timing
Most major appliances are special-ordered from the manufacturer, so timelines vary by brand, model and availability. We'll give you an estimated delivery window at the time of purchase and contact you to schedule once your order arrives at our warehouse.
Fees
Delivery and installation fees depend on distance and the size of the product, and will be quoted when you order.
On delivery day
Please inspect your appliance before our team leaves. Note any visible damage on the delivery paperwork and report it to us within 48 hours with photos. See our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy for full details.
