Lead Times: Because most items are special order, delivery timeframes vary by manufacturer and product. An estimated delivery window will be provided to you at the time of purchase, and we will keep you updated on the status of your order.
Installation: Our installation service includes uncrating, leveling, and connection to existing gas and/or electrical supply lines. Installation is subject to the site being ready and accessible (including existing, code-compliant gas/electrical connections). Any additional work required to bring a site up to code is the customer's responsibility and may incur additional charges, which will be discussed with you in advance.
