We reserve the right to correct any pricing or product information errors and to cancel or refuse any order affected by such an error, in which case you will be notified and any payment refunded in full.
Order Acceptance: Your order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. Most items are special order and are ordered from the manufacturer once your order is confirmed; please see our Refund Policy for details on cancellations.
Payment: Payment terms will be confirmed with you at the time of order.
Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by law, Lambton Appliances is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products, beyond the remedies described in our Refund Policy and applicable manufacturer warranties.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
