The ILVE UP48FQMPBGLP Professional Plus II is a 48" dual fuel range with 8 sealed gas burners and an integrated griddle, finished in Blue Grey with satin-finish control knobs. Its solid door keeps heat locked in for efficient, consistent baking while giving the range a clean, professional look.

Eight sealed burners on cast iron pan supports (up to 25,000 BTU on the largest burner) give you room to run a full multi-pot dinner service, while the dedicated cast iron griddle handles pancakes, bacon, or flat-top searing. Burners use total-black brass construction with a non-stick nano coating for easy wipe-down.

This is a true double-oven range: a 3.5 cu. ft. main oven (25-3/8"W x 14-3/8"H x 16-1/8"D) with European convection and multiple cooking modes, plus a 1.52 cu. ft. secondary oven (10-7/8"W x 14"H x 17-1/3"D) — 5.02 cu. ft. of total capacity with two racks per cavity, easy-clean enamel interiors, and electronic controls with an LCD display. The range measures roughly 47-7/8"W x 27"D x 38-1/2"H and runs on a 240V/25.8A connection.

This is the liquid propane (LP) version of the range, factory-configured for LP gas supply lines — ideal for homes without a natural gas connection.
