What brands do you carry?

Do you have a showroom I can visit?

Yes. Our showroom is located at 2225 Erin Mills Pkwy, Mississauga, ON L5K 1T9. We're open Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and Sunday by appointment.

Do you offer delivery and installation?

Yes, we offer delivery and full installation, including gas and electrical hookup where applicable. Delivery and installation fees vary based on distance and the size of the product, and will be quoted to you at the time of order.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Most of our appliances are special order, so delivery timeframes vary by manufacturer and product. We'll provide an estimated delivery window at the time of purchase and keep you updated on your order's status.

What is your return and cancellation policy?

Because most items are special order, all sales are final on standard, non-defective items. Orders may be cancelled without penalty before being placed with the manufacturer; after that point, cancellations are handled at our discretion and may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. What if my appliance arrives damaged or defective?

Please inspect your appliance at delivery and report any damage or defects within 48 hours. We'll repair or replace at our discretion, and any issues found later are covered under the manufacturer's warranty.

Do you offer financing?

Yes, we offer financing options. Contact us directly for current terms and to find the plan that works best for you.

Do you price match?

We don't have a formal price-match guarantee, but if you've found a lower price elsewhere on the same in-stock item, contact us — we're often able to work with you on price.

Do you work with designers and contractors?

Absolutely. We regularly work with homeowners, interior designers, and contractors across the GTA on both individual purchases and full kitchen or bathroom projects.
